Online appointments are booked and paid through Zoho Bookings. Charges (such as the published consultation booking amount) are advance payments or facility fees as shown at checkout. Final clinical fees may depend on the consultant’s assessment, investigations, or procedures performed in hospital, in line with our published rate list. Availability of a specific doctor at a requested time is subject to confirmation by our front office.
Payments for online appointments are processed through Zoho Bookings and its integrated payment partners. Zoho's terms and privacy policies also apply to the booking and payment step. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, card issuers, or telecom networks. You must use authorised payment methods only.
Refund and cancellation rules for online payments are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unless a stricter rule is required by law or payment network rules, that document controls.
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content aggressively, introduce malware, impersonate staff, or use automated tools in a way that degrades service. We may suspend access for violations.
